Winning isn't everything...
but it's way ahead of what ever is in second place!
There's almost nothing more gratifying than reincarnating a great classic for a client. Unless the car's rebirth earns UMW more international acclaim for its efforts in the hotly contested arena of restoration competition.
That, folks, is Gratifying with a capital G!
Over the years, our Restoration Team has built quite a reputation for going the distance and then some on projects, whether for a client or on one of the dealership's classics. We have included here four of our best - all extremely rare and winners at the most prestigious levels.
Our Body Shop has the most extensive facilities for the repair and restoration of any Bentley, Lamborghini or Rolls-Royce. We are a Rolls-Royce appointed Certified Collision Repair Center. The only one in Florida.

1966 Superleggera 400 GT 2+2

1998 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance
In 1989, we followed up on our Pebble Beach triumph at the East Coast's most prestigious Concours d'Elegance at Amelia Island. Our client's 400 GT - the first 400 ever built - benefited from a restoration as comprehensive as the Pebble Beach 1965 350 GT. Considering the competition posed by over 150 of the finest examples of the great marques - Dusenberg, Cord, Pierce Arrow, Buggatti, Delahaye, Ferrari and others, we were honored to come back to Orlando with yet another grand prize.
The Lamborghini P538 Bizzarini
Awarded 3rd in Class
1989 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance
You like rare? How about the first of two Bizzarinis ever built and the first with the prototype Lamborghini V12! This dazzling P538 was destined for Concours competition the day it rolled out of the factory. Although in nice condition, normal wear over the years stood between the car and Concours judging. The UMW team brought it up to that level with new hydraulics, electronics, oil pump and carb repairs, as well as show-prep interior and exterior. The car was appraised in 1989 at $1.8 million.
